Our Network of Additional Providers

We know a lot of people with a lot of talent and expertise. We also know we are not experts in everything.

We pride ourselves in our ability to work collaboratively with other organisations, consultants, technical experts and thought leaders. Where we cannot meet a clients needs ourselves, we involve other people in our network to support our solutions, or point our clients in their direction. It is all about deliver the best solution possible to our clients.

We would typically involve or introduce members of our network to our clients when their needs include:

• Large events where we need to provide a large number of additional facilitators.

• When, for diversity or best fit reasons, we think a better result can be achieved by someone who is different to Andy or Paul.

• Psychometric tools we are not accredited to use or cannot purchase ourselves (such as Discovery Insights, DISC profiles, SHL reports).

• IT Training on Microsoft products and other business IT systems.

• eLearning materials created in Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.

• Outdoor Development events involving risk assessed outdoor activities (such as climbing / abseiling, water based activities, etc).

• A specific expert in a subject area or someone who has specific experience that is essential to the success of a solution.

• Artwork or materials requiring specialist input from a graphic designer.

We just want our solutions to work for our clients. We see collaborating with other trusted providers as essential to us being able to provide the best possible solutions.

• Payroll and HRIS solutions

• Outsourced HR Services for SMEs

• Legal advice on complex employment issues

All of our recommendations come from working with the providers previously, many of whom we have known for over 20 years.
