talentshift hr use a range of psychometric tools as part of the solutions we develop for clients. Used professionally, these tools provide individuals and groups with valuable insights into their personality and preferred behaviours in the workplace, plus a greater understanding of themselves and others.
Providers of Psychometrics
We only use psychometric instruments and tools from reputable providers. We have significant experience in using these tools and ensure all the tools we use are:
Appropriate for the programme and people participating in the programme.
Fully tested and validated for reliability.
Procured from reputable suppliers, rather than from cut down internet versions with no transparency on how data is collected, calculated and communicated.
Supported by additional materials and resources.
We are transparent on the costs of the psychometric tools we use, preferring not to add on a margin ourselves for procuring them on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
We are qualified to British Psychological Society Level 2 standards for the use of Psychometric assessments. We are registered to procure the following tools:
Myers Briggs MBTI
Belbin team Types
ERAS Quest, Assessment and threesixty
We have experience of using other products such as Gartner OPQ and assessment products, Discovery Insights, DISC and other similar tools. We use our network of associates to deliver these solutions if requested by the client.
