Anti Bribery and Corruption

talentshift hr comply with the rules and regulations set out in the following UK legislation:

  • The Bribery Act 2010

  • The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002

  • Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017

We only accept payment via invoicing and bank transfers, with suitable audit and traceability provisions in place. We only use reputable suppliers and we will do due diligence checks on all suppliers we use. We will always fully co-operate with law enforcement agencies in relation to investigations linked to bribery, corruption and money laundering.

Professional Conduct

talentshift hr operates under the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Code of Professional Conduct. We also follow ACAS Guidelines when asked for advice on how to handle certain workplace situations, as we treat ACAS Guidance as good practice for clients to follow (as it mitigates many employer risks if followed).

Modern Slavery Statement

talentshift hr do not currently employ any employees directly. We will not engage in activity which promotes, encourages or endorses activity linked to slavery or human trafficking.

We will conduct appropriate due diligence that our supply chains and suppliers do not engage in activities linked to modern salary. In the event of discovering modern slavery activity or human trafficking in the course of our business activities, we will report occurrences to UK authorities for investigation and co-operate fully with their operations.

We keep ourselves up to date on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking legal developments, to ensure we are compliant on an on-going basis.

Health, Safety and Well Being

talentshift hr take the health, safety and well being of our clients and their employees seriously. We will work to all of our clients policies in this area, and comply with risk assessment mitigation actions. If required, we will risk assess exercises we design and ensure our clients are satisfied with the mitigation actions that are required to be in place.

Mental health is a growing area of concern to us. We will take steps to ensure the mental health and well being of our clients and participants on our programmes is at the centre of what we do, and take steps immediately to offer support and start the process of finding solutions to address needs that surface during our programmes.

We strive to create safe spaces for people to develop and grow, and fostering an environment of openness, trust and support is at the core of what we do.

Work / Life Balance

talentshift hr respects the need for a healthy work / life balance. Our programmes are designed to be flexible and adjust to our clients preferred working patterns. For effectiveness reasons, we avoid programmes delivered over continuous long periods of time.

We build in regular breaks. We flex to the needs of groups around start and finish times. If people have caring needs, we will flex programmes where possible to accommodate these needs.

Our programmes are always compliant with UK Working Time Regulations without the need to “Opt Out” of these regulations.
