Production of bespoke training resources to support client delivered learning and development activities, such as explainer videos, video case studies, scenario activities, and exercises to test the practical application of learning and development activities.

1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions for individuals who need specific support, help or advice that enable them to show their talents fully and develop new skills, attitudes and behaviours in line with personal and organisational goals.
Career Development Advice
Individual advice focusing on how an individual can develop their career. This can involve a wide range of interventions including improving C.V.s, interview practice, improving networking skills, and job role analysis.
Action Learning Groups
Supporting individuals to form small Action Learning Groups with other people with similar goals that focus on shared learning and actions that enable them to develop their talents and move their careers forward.
